With host Adia Morris, our special guests will discuss their work and what it means to be a Minnesotan in 2021. We’re welcoming…

  • Nancy Lyons, Clockwork co-founder, author, and self-described “proud weirdo,” who advocates for people-centered work cultures and was named one of the most influential CEOs in the Twin Cities.
  • Chris Montana, who went from homeless teen in Minneapolis to ground-breaking founder of Minnesota-based Du Nord Social Spirits.
  • Wing Young Huie, the Duluth-born award-winning photographer, who’s made it his mission to connect humanity through the pictures he takes.
  • Chastity Brown, a storyteller and musician in the blues tradition, who lives in Minnesota, but grew up in Tennessee, the daughter of a Black blues musician and white Irish mother.

VIP packages are also available, which will take you deeper into the event’s conversations and include full access to the main program, special recognition, a virtual reception, and other perks. These packages start at $300 and provide critical support for MinnPost’s year-round public-service journalism.

Individual tickets are available at Pay What You Can pricing, meaning you pick the price that works for you (including free!). Registration is required.

We’re excited to bring this new event to our community and explore what it means to be a Minnesotan in 2021. Thank you for being a part of this conversation and for supporting MinnPost’s in-depth reporting!

Special thanks to our sponsors!
