What is Public Square at MinnPost Festival?

On Sept. 22-23, MinnPost Festival will bring can’t-miss conversations with national and local guests exploring a range of issues surrounding civic life in this moment.

Today, we’re spotlighting Public Square, the center of the events on Saturday, Sept. 23. What is Public Square? Think of it as an all-day mini festival. Taking place in a big open hall at The 1893 at the Historic Grain Belt Office, Public Square will feature vendors, interactive experiences, activities for all ages, and food and drink for purchase. These features are centered around three conversations with local newsmakers and thought leaders throughout the day.

The best part about Public Square? It’s completely free. Yes, free! (Registration is required.) Hear more about Public Square from Tanner Curl, MinnPost executive director, in the video below.
